Anyone have a code or know a site/page doing this that I can look at? There are plenty of examples within a Google search but none of them have successfully played the avi file.

What’s Your Biggest Challenge in 2010? Here’s Mine…
My biggest challenge in 2010 is a simple one word answer MOTIVATION.
My second biggest would be FOCUS.
I’ve talked to a few owners who have been around for the past 7 to 10 years. A lot of the guys I’ve talked to seem to be suffering from the same thing. I’ve made more money than I ever dreamed of. In the first few years I was in the business I set goals for myself. I worked my ass off (12 to 18 hours a day) and blew every single one of my goals out of the water. Now I’m having trouble finding goals that motivate me.
I’ve known this for some time but it really hit me today. I was at a meeting with a mainstream start up that is looking to raise capital. It was two young guys that have built a really impressive product. They’ve already been approached by a number of big mainstream players to be acquired. It was really neat sitting there and looking at myself 10 years ago. The nervousness they had in their business setup, the confidence they had in their product, the confidence they had in their ability to continue to build the product into a market leader. These guys were fired up and they will be pulling all nighters for the next 6 months to make it big. And they will make it big. I left the meeting thinking ‘how do i get myself fired up like I once was?’

So I was just at Porn Hub and…

A Montgomery County Court judge sentenced 47-year-old Thomas Daley to four to 10 years behind bars Friday. Daley pleaded guilty last year to hiding cameras behind mirrors or in ceiling fans to spy on tenants.
Prosecutors say Daley taped the women or watched them live on his computer. They say it began in 1989 and continued until September 2008 at five apartment buildings he owned in Norristown.
A weeping Daley told the court at his sentencing that he knew what he did was wrong. Daley pleaded guilty to charges including invasion of privacy in June. Source
