Just curious and wanted to ask paysite owners: how much of your income is trial sign ups? I mean, how much do you made of those who only sign up for 1-2-3-5 day trials and than cancel.
Would you ever give truly free access to your site if there’s chance that surfer can sign up for monthly membership.
I guess that nice ammount of trials can add up to nice summ each month.

Been working on a new site and I wanted to really boost its SE traffic. Goal was a 200% increase and I blew past that 5 days ago.
Search engine traffic increased 250+% in April.
March - 31,170 in search engine traffic
April - 79,453 in search engine traffic
Hopefully when the month is over I’ll hit 85k for a 273% increase.
Same goal for May. Take that 85k and double it to 190k in search engine traffic.

Really fuck them, imagine if we can deploy apps with our content, we would make some extra $$$ now because they don’t want to have x-rated content running on their "I" devices PLUS don’t accept Flash technology they are starting to get attitude.
I really hope soon there are some "I" devices offering Flash technology because this is purely discrimination.
Now having said this I can finally get some good sleep xoxoxo

Verified, like some sites do to make sure they are not a fake nic. We take around 100 credible people and start a site together. Not sure what kind of site it would be, but it would be a team effort venture. Some of the traffic guys can send traffic, I can do the billing, graphic guys, coders, everyone can put in their knowledge and we can have one big massive Industry Site with Verified Adult Players.
All the money goes into a joint account and gets split equally after expenses.
Would this be Doable?

I am new to adult and it seems like I keep hitting road blocks. Makes me wonder if it’s worth it. First, BLA accuses me of bad clicks/impressions (which was completely false) and I provided them with log files and everything they wanted and they kept claiming they never received my emails and eventually said it can’t be verified, so they banned me. Fine, I was only on track to making $100 per month by coving my site with their hard core ads. So, I decided to start charging people to view my content…
Signed up with Zombaio and was completely happy with their service. Two weeks after processing with them I get a notice that they received a complaint from the Visa Compliance Group and that my site would likely be rejected in a few days. Well 6 days later (today) I received an email saying that my site was officially rejected by the Visa Compliance Group and that they gave no reason for the decision. Ok, I figured, well I will need to find another processor for Visa transactions…. Nope, Zombaio completely banned the website from processing with them at all… which I don’t understand.
Questions:
1. Once a site has been rejected by VCG, can it be resubmitted for consideration again? I figure that I can sign up for another processor and it will be submitted again. But, can the same processor (Zombaio) resubmit the same website?
2. Before I sign up for another processor, I need to really understand what is wrong with my site so I don’t just get rejected again. Searching this forum tells me that it is very illusive and that VCG doesn’t share their rules (where’s the logic in that?). The only thing I could find on GFY is a list of 3 words that you cannot have on your site (’preteen’, ‘lolita’, and ‘pedo’). My site is user generated content, and I found that I did have ‘preteen’ used as a tag on 2 videos and ‘lolita’ used in the description of one. All 3 instances were cases of keyword stuffing and had nothing to do with the content. I removed these words 6 days ago when I first got the notice, but I guess it was too late.
3. Besides certain banned words, what are some other rules you must follow to be compliant with Visa? For instance, do I need the standard "you must be at least 18 years old to enter this site" splash page to be compliant, even if you cannot view any content without signing up?
Basically, I would like any and all information anyone has on this. Would be nice if we could compile a list of words/rules all in one place.
Thanks for your help!!

If in any case it is finally enforced (forbidding cross sales soon), I think eventually a new business model around "scale sales" will emerge, starting maybe with initial payments of $19.95 or even $29.95 as in the good old times
Once inside the site, the challenge is to base this new model on the "addiction" and "impulsive buying" factors associated to Porn.
So the goal is to work on the constant luring of the surfer inside the members area and by email. That is, have the member "scaling" or "upgrading" to more and more stuff, to premium content with interesting tempations so he keeps himself VOLUNTARLY submitting his Visa, MC or cel wallet.
The sponsors will need to benchmark from the experiences of business models from other entertainment industries as:
- ITunes store products
- IPhone apps (basic free apps vs. premium apps, as those found in games)
- Token-by-the-clock content (I’m sorry Sir, your access expired, please deposit another $10 with your credit card or cell wallet)
- Gambling methods (somekinda "legal betting" or "luck" offers? …who knows!)
- Subscriber lists that get the surfer cheaper access in a "pay only $5 in the next 12 hours by pressing this link"
- Ticket plans and access tricks used in the parks of Disney and Universal Studios (what about a 4-day Hooper or Express Pass to adult content?)
In the end, the trick will be based on "Fap-It Until You Drop" strategies, with the "cc meter" working….ca-ching…ca-ching…
Some of these ideas might sound stupid for you, but it’s free to post it anyway hehe…
We still have to work a lot on the "urges–>charge($)–>satisfaction" formula. I believe the new alchemy is there waiting for this coming decade.
I just think "High-Charge Porn" is not dead… it’s just that the current business models have just expired (once again) -or Visa just decided it’s time to look for another one.
As always good luck all!

Or at least Russian credit cards?
Have a friend trying to set up and honest adult site, very simple, shared etc. but she’s in Russia. And no, we don’t want a host in Russia, we want the servers/host in USA/UK ideally.
Many thanks.

I need a pay by phone option to test on some of our foreign traffic. Here is what I need…
I dont want to use an integrated billing system that gives users access to our sites. I want to redirect the traffic to YOUR landers (geo’d and language targeted of course)
Its all dating traffic so I dont want to send them to paysite options (which is all I seem to be able to find)
Im open to non dating offers if I cant find any, but I’d like to find offers that are a bit more inline with dating than just pay per minute paysites.
Its a very sizable amount of traffic and I will use your ref code if I can find what I want. PLEASE show me some sample pages and leave your fer links
Thanks

Is there a program out there where you can submit a link, and it simulates or tests in some way, what that link will do to your system? ie, drops in a cookie or 3, opens popup to xyz.com etc.
I have suspicions about an advertiser on one of my sites, who *might* be cookie stuffing or doing something dodgy, but I’m not technically cluey enough to know how / what he might be doing. I could clear all my cookies, click the link, and see I guess.
I don’t want to know any of the technicalities of stuffing, I just want to clear this guy’s name / prove either way.
Is there a better way to track exactly what the link / site you’re visiting is doing / putting on your system?
