Bang bros supporting tube site theft?

  • April 26, 2009

Movie Gator has a ton of stolen shit on it.

Bang bros has a huge ass banner at the bottom.

Should I be displeased about this? Movie Gator is giving away MANY MANY full length Brazzers scenes and many other of my sponsor’s movies.

Bang bros is also a sponsor of mine. A sponsor I do well with. Should I drop my links, and if so, would Bang Bros even give a shit?

Are people racing to fuck each other over?

Should I be pissed at Bang Bros for supporting a tube that steals?

Filed complaint vs Google for Piracy!

  • April 26, 2009

According to the newspaper Allehanda.se , a bunch of young people from Härnösand Police notified Google when they believe it violates copyright law. According to the police report can Google just as Pirate Bay used to search for copyrighted material.
An example of how Google can be used in the same way as Pirate Bay can also be tested on search Thepirategoogle.com created just to show the similarities.
Thepiratebaygoogle is a Google search that has been set to find torrent files. By adding the keyword "filetype: torrent" in a search in Google, it’s easy to find so-called torrent files used for file sharing.

( The translation is abit messy…I used google )

1000 Sales

  • April 25, 2009

I shut down my TGPs and galleries almost three years ago and went into blogging full time. (It will be three years in June). For 6+ years I built sites and galleries and submitted them and then, later, ran my own TGPs (supplied with my own galleries).
In that 6+ years I managed to log almost 100 sales. Almost.
After 2 years and 10 months of blogging I just logged my 1000th sale. In less than 1/2 the time I spent on galleries and TGPs I managed to increase the output by slightly more than 10 times. I did not do this alone at all. There have been several mentors and guides along the way. People who took the time to show me how to grasp a concept or work a code. People who taught me the difference between traffic and quality traffic and how both had a place in the mix. People who helped me understand that the only way to make it in this business is to be yourself and to copy concepts–not ideas.
So to those guys—thank you. Thank you for all the tips on how to blog and how to market and how to stay focused. And a thank you to the sponsors whose reps stepped up and donated their time to show me how to best market their products and how to make the most of traffic directed at them. And thank you to the boards for all the thought provoking posts and discussions on how to work smart.

Google fucked hard. Tubes next?

  • April 25, 2009

This is news from Argentina.
Basically it says that a model from Argentina sued Google 2 years ago, Google acted like nothing happened and now they have they assets hold for $AR 746000 (around $250,000) plus an embargo on all trademarks they have in Argentina, including Google.com.ar.
The model asked Google to remove any result that could include her in relation with sex pages (basically she was listed on celeb pages which displayed sex banners, chat, dating and such), they went to courts and Google was ordered to remove all her results and pay $1000 per day until they do that. Google said "fuck off" and now they’re under embargo.
To make it worse, this is not the only case they have, but many latin american stars, mostly represented by the same law firm, are suing or already sued Google. The lawyer said they already won between 40 and 50 cases against Google and Yahoo. Last month another model got $86400 from Yahoo for the same reason.
Google representative said "We’re not guilty, the company is not responsible for the content, but the site owners".
On a TV show, the lawyer said they were contacted by several law firms around the world to act on their behalf representing many international stars, and that they set a precedent for internet legal responsabilities
btw, this is the model, I found this pic doing a Google search

how the adult industry killed itself

  • April 25, 2009

1. Get in the game ASAP! Create zillions of "tube" sites and educate consumers that they can get free porn there and condition consumers not to pay for adult entertainment.
2. Support the tubes! Advertise and do business with tube sites. Sell them traffic and buy their traffic.
RINSE and repeat.
In no time at all.. you will see a massive decline in sales! You will see your content everywhere on the net, in the P2Ps and in the torrents.. you are now famous. It is now time to jump up and down with joy!!
If you ever get worried about this ‘business plan,’ just slurp down a few cold beers, spark up a blunt, and keep telling yourself this:
if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…if I don’t do business with the tubes my competitors will…
Final step is to get a real job.. and sell the Lambo.

10,000,000 users and only 100 sales a day…

  • April 25, 2009

I was accidentally forwarded a giant tube sites quarterly financial reports.
For that amount of traffic only being able to convert 100 people a day to a premium dvd/video service seems horrible.
Only a matter of time now till it all crumbles.

How do you know that sponsor is legit?

  • April 25, 2009

Ok, let’s say there is only 2 sponsors I found that have very specific sites I’m looking for. I’m already with one of those but I know absolutely nothing about other one.
I saw owner was posting on netpond and some other boards more than a year ago, their sites are up and domains are not expiring in years…
So I’m asking you what are the steps to follow to make sure that sponsor you know nothing about is legit and working?

SPONSORS: We need hosted tube content (Export Tools & XML feeds a Big Plus)

  • April 24, 2009

Affiliates with lots of traffic are looking for your promotional video clips to add to their tube sites.
We recommend that sponsors create dump/export tools for affiliates to easily import the videos into their tube site database. Many sponsor programs are already providing hundreds (a few have thousands) of videos along with dump/export files. Hats off to those sponsors, but there are still many programs behind on this. If you’re looking for a good example of this, PimpRoll has the best export tool I’ve seen thus far.
A list of sponsors providing hosted tube content can be found here. If your program is not on this list please contact me and I will add you.
For the dump/export files we recommend the following fields to be included for easy importing:
Title - title of video.
Description - description of video. At least one full grammatically-correct sentence is recommended.
Video URL / Embed Code - URL of flv, wmv or mpg video file.
Thumb URL - URL of thumbnail (screenshot). Full size images are acceptable since Tube Ace owners can resize the thumbs and save to their server.
Duration - Running time (in seconds) of video.
Performers - names of performers appearing in the video (separated by comma).
Tags - tags or keywords pertaining to the video (separated by comma).
Join URL - URL (with affiliate tracking code) of the Join Page.
Site - Name of the website the video is from.
In addition to the dump/export files, an excellent tool for affiliates are XML feeds. XML feeds allow tube site owners to automatically update their tube sites through syndication. HDPays has the best XML feed I’ve seen yet. Example here.
XML feed specifications found here.
A list of sponsors providing XML feeds here.
Thank You.
