TITLE: Webmaster/Content Coordinator
COMPANY: Hustler (LFP Internet Group, LLC)
REPORTS TO: Affiliate Marketing Manager
OVERVIEW
Hustler (LFP Internet Group, LLC) is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented person to be responsible for the tracking, organization and publication of large volumes of digital content for its network of adult-themed websites. This role is operational in nature, yet the ideal candidate will also use their traffic-analysis skills and relationship-building skills to form strategic partnerships with third-party traffic sites, as well as maintain a fresh content base for each website in the network. Relevant experience using CMS software is preferred.
• Experience working in the Adult industry is required.
This position is on-site at our offices in Beverly Hills. All applicants must live in, or be willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area. This is a full time job with a competitive benefits package.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Experience working in the Adult Industry
• Adobe Photoshop and DreamWeaver
• Traffic Stats Interfaces (Google Analytics, Click Tracks, etc)
• Knowledge of web-based Affiliate programs
• Knowledge of the inner-workings of “Tube”- style sites.
• Content Management Systems
BASIC FAMILIARITY
• Basic Video Editing (Sony Vegas or similar)
• Familiarity with PHP or other server-side language
• Video Encoding/Video Formats for the Web
REQUIRED DISPOSITION
• Highly disciplined, detailed and extremely organized.

• Excellent communicator.
• Dynamic problem solving skills.
• A positive, “can do” attitude.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
