60 Blogs = 60 WP Installs?

Dear MP,
I am assuming you used WP. Does this mean you had 60 installs of WP?
If so, I would think that would be a bitch to keep the scripts updated. I am also reading that WP is a resource hog. I would think having that many WP scripts would really kick the crap out of a server.
Yes / No ?
Maybe Mr. Omnipresent and other multiple blogsters could give thier two cents on this also?
It would be nice to get some real world feedback.
